HI Development Initiatives:

Severance Park: The Housing Initiative is under agreement with Severance Family Holdings to develop a mixed-use project of approximately 63 acres of land in Colchester Vermont within a State Designated Growth Center.

Signal Park: Our office is now providing master-planning design and concept development for a mixed use project in Lebanon, New Hampshire on approximately 200 acres of land including moderate-income housing and recreation.

Hyde Park: We completed a transit-oriented development in Hyde Park Boston for various and multiple housing units for the Summer Street Hyde Park Partnership.
