Mission: The Housing Initiative's goal is to assist in the development of affordable and workforce housing opportunities in New England; with an emphasis on regions where there is a shortage and/or lack of much-needed housing growth.

Services: Development services include site selection, acquisition, design, permitting, construction, owners representation and construction management.
